Shuugee (“we”, “our”, or “us”) operates the Shuugee mobile app for iOS. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices.

Information we collect

• Account data — email address and user ID when you sign up (email/password or Sign in with Apple).
• Photos & videos — mirror selfies and generated outfit content you upload or create in the app.
• Profile & social data — display name, username, bio, avatar, outfits you save or publish, likes, comments, and follows.
• Location (optional) — coarse location when you choose to attach weather to an outfit; we do not track your location in the background.
• Device tokens — for push notifications when a generation job completes or for social activity.
• Purchase status — subscription tier via Apple In-App Purchase and RevenueCat (we do not receive your full payment card details).

How we use information

• Provide core features: interactive fit generation, outfit archive, feed, and account management.
• Process uploads with our service providers (see below).
• Send transactional notifications you expect (e.g. fit ready, social activity).
• Enforce subscriptions, usage limits, and prevent abuse.
• Improve reliability and fix bugs.

Service providers

We use trusted third parties to run the app. They process data only to provide services to us:

• Supabase — authentication, database, and file storage.
• fal.ai — AI image and video processing for background removal, generation, and related features.
• RevenueCat — subscription and entitlement management.
• Apple — Sign in with Apple, App Store billing, and push notification delivery.

What we do not do

• We do not sell your personal information.
• We do not use your data for cross-app advertising or tracking across other companies’ apps and websites.

Retention

We keep your account and content while your account is active. You may delete outfits or your account in the app where those features are available. Some backups or logs may persist for a limited time for security and legal compliance.

Your choices

• Update profile information in the app.
• Decline optional permissions (camera, photos, location, notifications) — related features may not work.
• Cancel subscriptions through Apple ID subscription settings.
• Contact us to request access, correction, or deletion where applicable law allows.

Children

Shuugee is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the new date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated policy.
